They also perform more contemporary classics from the The Police, Lenny Kravitz and Free, this formidable 7 piece band is guaranteed to rock any party!
Their unmistakable male lead vocal provides an edge that is crucial when fronting this dynamic and highly energetic sound. A formidable front man who is probably one of the best singers you will ever hear, his vocal style is simply outstanding. Having such a powerful and versatile voice makes him the ideal Solid Soul lead man.
The brass section is also a force to be reckoned with, a professional three piece that are exceptionally talented and are a crucial part of the band’s original soul sound. They have performed with the likes of Roy Wood, Nearly Dan, The Drifters, Goldblade and Alvin Stardust. Their pedigree speaks for itself.
This band also has one of the most solid rhythm sections on the circuit. The lead and rhythm guitarist’s rock background adds a unique edge to their sound that both complements and binds their varying styles. Their bassist comes from a funk and soul background giving an unpretentious solid backbone to the group. Their drummer effortlessly cruises through soul, funk, blues, reggae and rock never dropping a single beat, a solid engine for a rock solid band!
